Glass Cover Cosmetic Defect Inspection Equipment ( AOI Machine)

This Cosmetic Defect Inspection Equipment is used to inspect defects in the glass cover of mobile phones.

This Automatic Inspection Equipment can detect external dimension and common defects of the mobile phone glass cover, such as scratches, crushes, bubbles, black and white dots, dirt.

With our specific lighting design and software algorithms, it can also detect other defects which are more difficult to recognize, including ridges/ lines indentation, arc collapse, impermeability, color difference and bright edges.
